The Desktop Support team in Heidelberg provides high-quality first-level and desktop support to a diverse, international user community, while also managing key Windows backend services. We are looking for an experienced, service-oriented IT Support Engineer to join our team at EMBL Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany. * Configure and maintain user environments, including accounts, network access, printing, and email services. * Deliver a responsive, user-focused helpdesk service with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services, infrastructure and user experience.
