Contribute to the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and processes. As an HR Generalist based in Germany, you will support managers, employees, and HR colleagues across a wide range of HR activities, including employment administration, compensation, employee relations support, talent management, benefits, and shared service processes for EMEA. This position combines core HR generalist tasks with a strong focus on administrative accuracy, employee lifecycle coordination, data management, and delivering reliable operational support across the HR function. Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system updates, and delivering HR introductions to new hires.
