The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing the business with premium segment car manufacturers. Reporting directly to the North Europe, the KAM will play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving profitable growth, and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and internal functions. * Lead customer negotiations, including pricing, contracts, and business agreements, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. * Develop and implement account strategies to expand business opportunities and reinforce long-term partnerships within dedicated customer group. * Monitor market dynamics, activities, and customer trends to identify risks and opportunities. * Ensure smooth coordination with internal functions (engineering, operations, program management, quality, finance) to meet customer requirements.
