In this role, you will define and execute regional marketing and pricing strategies, working closely with customers, distribution partners, and internal teams to maximise revenue, ASP, and market share. * Engage directly with OEMs, customers, and distribution partners to grow share of wallet and strengthen Nexperia's market position * Lead and manage RFQs and commercial negotiations with end customers and partners * Collaborate with Sales to convert leads into revenue, ensuring strong pipeline management * Drive adoption of wide bandgap technologies by aligning value propositions with customer application needs * Preferably experience in semiconductors, power electronics, or wide bandgap technologies (GaN / SiC) * Good understanding of global semiconductor markets, supply chains, and customer ecosystems * Experience with business intelligence and data analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, Spotfire)
