Experience with disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and infrastructure lifecycle management. * Execute effective talent management activities including goal setting, performance reviews, individual development planning, succession planning, coaching, and issue resolution. * Maintain visibility in incidents, tasks, and requests trends, using KPIs and relevant tools (ServiceNow or any other incident management tool) and continuously improve service delivery. * Foster a high-performance culture with strong customer and service orientation * Propose and manage the rationalization and consolidation of services across sites, countries, and regions to reduce costs, improve service quality, and standardize user experiences.
