You translate complex business challenges into pragmatic people solutions, strengthen leadership quality, and ensure that growth, transformation, and performance go hand in hand with our values and legal standards across our international setup. * Partner with Senior Leadership: You act as a strategic sparring partner for senior leaders (including SLT and ExCom members), challenging and supporting them on all people-related topics.
