As Senior Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of pan-European new business development and act as a trusted to ESI Management and member agencies. * Proactively identify and develop high-value client leads and strategic partnerships * Define and execute go-to-market strategies together with ESI Management and member agencies * Use Sales Management and CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and performance tracking * Strong track record of successfully acquiring new clients and closing complex, multi-country deals * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at senior management level * Charismatic, confident, and collaborative personality with strong management skills
