This positionl leads the development, implementation, and maintenance of HR systems and software solutions, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and enhance overall efficiency, effectiveness, and employee experience. o Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other digital tools to support talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and employee engagement. o Serve as the primary point of contact for IT, managing relationships, contracts, and service level agreements. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. o Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights to drive business decisions.
