In parallel, METRO MARKETS is being developed as an international online marketplace for the needs of professional customers which has been growing and expanding continuously since 2019. The Business Expert Digital Commerce oversees all platform solutions—including M.Shop, M.Commercial Data, M.Companion, and Customer Self-Service—ensuring strategy, requirements, and cross-squad initiatives are aligned and executed effectively. Working closely with the Platform Lead, the role manages, optimizes, and tracks performance to deliver seamless, customer-centric experiences.
