For our Volkswagen customer site in Germany, we are looking for a Technical Service Specialist who will act as the technical interface between Axalta and the customer, ensuring flawless application, quality, and continuous improvement of our products in production. You will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and optimization of Axalta product application at the customer plant, ensuring stable processes, high product quality, and strong technical collaboration with the customer. * Provide technical direction and hands‑on support to Axalta and customer teams regarding Axalta products and application processes * Respond to complex technical questions and process-related issues * Support the introduction of new Axalta products, including full technical documentation * Represent Axalta in technical customer meetings
