Enabling HR teams and people managers by providing tools, resources, and training to strengthen their ability to manage ER situations confidently and consistently across Central Europe. In this strategic role, you will shape and implement the employee relations (ER), HR compliance, and risk management framework for Central Europe. As the central contact for complex and sensitive ER cases, you lead investigations, resolve issues, and advise leaders on challenging HR matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment law. You also oversee key HR processes, including case management and policy development, and work closely with HR Services, Legal, and Compliance to align practices, mitigate risks, and promote a fair, inclusive, and transparent workplace culture. You will collaborate closely with HR Services, Legal, Compliance, and other HR teams across Central Europe.
