Ensure a seamless lead management process from Marketing to Sales, including lead tracking, scoring and nurturing across the entire customer journey. * Implement, manage, and continuously improve the marketing technology (CRM, marketing automation platforms and analytics dashboards) and build transparent performance reporting on campaign effectiveness, conversion rates and ROI. * Lead market research supporting management and business development. o 3–5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in an international environment, with responsibility for multi-channel campaigns (email, web & social) and measurable lead generation. o Analytical mindset: you build and maintain campaign and funnel dashboards (conversion, CPL, ROI) and translate insights into actionable improvements (Excel, Power BI or comparable analytics tools).
