Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir bundesweit einen Head of Key Account Management SBU Rental (m/w/d). * Definition und Umsetzung der KAM-Strategie im Einklang mit den Unternehmenszielen; Auswahl und Priorisierung strategischer Accounts auf Basis von Umsatz, Wachstumspotenzial und strategischer Bedeutung. * Etablierung von Rahmenbedingungen für Kundensegmentierung, Account-Planung, KPI-Tracking sowie Sicherstellung transparenter Berichterstattung und klarer Verantwortlichkeiten. * Steuerung der kommerziellen Umsetzung in strategischen Accounts (Pipeline-Management, Ausschreibungen, Vertragsverlängerungen, langfristige Vereinbarungen) in enger Abstimmung mit lokalen Teams.
