Partner with Architecture, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Product Management, and external partners to ensure an integrated, on-brand customer experience across channels and in-store. As a Retail Manager you are responsible for building and driving retail excellence across ZEISS partner retail formats within the ZEISS Business Partner Program. This role focuses on identifying and integrating retail capabilities into the overall retail strategy, optimizing existing store formats, and supporting scalable expansion in line with ZEISS brand, customer experience, and commercial objectives. * Several years of experience in retail management, preferably in premium or service-centric environments (optical, healthcare, consumer electronics, or comparable). * Experience with concept development, pilots, format expansion and franchise-formats is highly desirable.
