This role combines hands on Technical Service, Customer Service facing responsibilities, and structured documentation. You will act as the main technical interface during on-site visits while supporting internal technical operations and close collaboration with engineering teams. * Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site to minimize downtime * Act as the primary technical contact during on-site service assignments * Perform in-house technical activities such as system checks, preparation, basic assembly, and verification * Prepare, maintain, and update service reports, technical documentation, and internal records * Coordinate with R&D and engineering teams in Germany and Taiwan on complex technical topics
