Building on a recently completed strategic project, you will manage, optimize, and continuously improve our customer segmentation framework, sales operating model, pricing logic, and sales performance steering. Working closely with local sales teams and leadership across our legal entities, you will translate strategy into execution, ensuring structured performance monitoring, value-driven pricing, and commercial excellence across all markets. * Regularly monitor and review sales and pricing performance of country organizations, derive insights, and define corrective actions * Strong background in sales process optimization, pricing execution, KPI-based performance management, and customer segmentation * Hands-on experience in monitoring sales performance, using KPIs to drive actions, and working with commercial tools (Excel, BI, CRM, or pricing systems)
