Lead and develop a team of senior discipline directors and managers within a complex, multi-disciplinary EPC engineering environment. As one of us, you will contribute to engineering excellence for the high-tech markets of the future, including semiconductors, batteries, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and data centers. * Ensure consistent implementation of global engineering standards, tools, and digital best practices (e.g., BIM/VDC). * Hold accountability for engineering contribution to regional business results, including financial discipline and scalable growth. * Master's degree in Engineering and 15+ years of experience in EPC and advanced technology facility projects (semiconductor, battery or comparable high-tech environments).
