As a Pricing & Revenue Operations Manager, you own the operational backbone for pricing and revenue processes. Reporting to the Commercial Operations, you execute pricing models and maintain accurate price lists, govern discounting and approvals, manage CRM pricing metadata and quoting workflows, lead Territory Management rollout, administer the sales compensation platform, and provide reporting/forecasting inputs as the interface to FP&A. * Administer the generic sales compensation platform: plan setup, quotas, crediting rules, SPIFFs; run monthly/quarterly calculations and dispute handling. * Train Sales and Customer Success teams on pricing rationale, quoting workflows, territories, and compensation policies. * Proficient in administering sales compensation platforms, including setup, calculations, and dispute resolution.
