A university degree in a technology-related field (e.g. IT, digital, data, AI) or in HR, education, or learning & development with a strong technology focus, or equivalent professional experience. * Several years of experience in learning & development, capability building, or learning product ownership, ideally in technology- or transformation-driven environments. * Strong knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and modern learning methodologies across digital, hybrid, and classroom formats. The strategic opportunity of this role lies in bringing key capability domains together in day-to-day learning and enablement. Guided by the principle that people plus technology shape future success, you will help shape and evolve our learning portfolio across IT learning, AI and data enablement, and HR capability building.
