You ensure the smooth operation, support, continuous improvements, and maintenance of EIT (Enterprise IT) infrastructure service per ITIL and align them with global organizational goals, smoothly landing global initiatives/projects and ensure optimal performance and satisfaction. * Incident, IMAC & Problem Management: Ensure timely resolution of incidents, IMACs, and problems aligned with ITIL, collaborating with global teams to minimize disruption. * Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM, project management, and IT security/compliance. * ITIL and/or PMP (or equivalent) certification preferred.
