Koordination interner und externer Schnittstellen (IT, Recht, Einkauf, Partnerunternehmen) zur Sicherstellung reibungsloser Projektabläufe * Nachbetreuung abgeschlossener Projekte im Sinne eines 2nd-Level-Supports und kontinuierlicher Prozessoptimierung * Mitwirkung an IT-Architekturen und E2E-Prozessen sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit strategischen Logistik- und IT-Partnern und Fachbereichen zu steuerlichen und zollrechtlichen Themen - Die Rolle umfasst die strategische Betreuung und Akquisition von Kundenprojekten innerhalb der ZEISS SBUs & SSCs sowie die ganzheitliche Steuerung komplexer IT- und Logistikprojekte von der Pflichtenheft-Analyse bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss. Zusätzlich verantwortet die Position die Weiterentwicklung von IT-Architekturen und E2E-Prozessen sowie die Nachbetreuung abgeschlossener Projekte im Sinne nachhaltiger Prozessoptimierung.
