Monitor and respond to IT incidents and service requests in a timely manner. * Provide day-to-day support for IT operations including user account management, device troubleshooting, patching, and software deployment. * Support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). * Contribute to IT security posture by implementing and maintaining policies aligned with organizational standards. * Assist in IT projects such as system migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and security enhancements. * 3+ years of experience in IT systems administration or support, preferably in a Microsoft-centric environment * Good understanding of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
