The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for at the Germany location. * Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or Technical Support - This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. The position requires strong troubleshooting skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to work in a global environment. * Accept, analyze, and resolve internal service requests and fault reports using the ticketing system. * Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of IT hardware and software. * Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation.
