Maintain and update HR systems, personnel files, and internal HR reports. * Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is an advantage. * Handle day-to-day HR administration and office operation for the Germany branch and regional support team, including employee lifecycle management (onboarding, contract changes, offboarding). * Prepare, review, and manage employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and HR documentation in compliance with German labor law. * Act as a first point of contact for employees regarding HR and administrative matters for Berlin office. * Ensure compliance with German labor law, internal HR policies, and group standards. * Support the of Regional HR Europe in regional HR and administration-related projects, such as organizational changes, process optimization, and HR digitalization initiatives.
