HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of core HR disciplines such as organizational design, talent and succession management, performance and reward, learning and development, and workforce planning. * Shape People and Organization Strategy: You advise on organizational design, culture and engagement, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession, reward and performance management, and capability and workforce planning, working closely with our People Centers of Excellence (CoEs). * Connect Business and Global People Agenda: You act as the interface between the business and the People CoEs, recruit strategic key positions together with Talent Acquisition, and contribute to global People projects to further develop and implement the MB Energy People strategy. * Education: A university degree in HR, business, psychology, law, or a related field.
