The HR Business Partner provides expertise, guidelines, and frameworks on people and organizational matters as part of the Management Team, ensuring HR work aligns with BU needs. S/he implements HR strategy, harmonizes and optimizes core processes to support the business, and acts as a key HR advisor to management. * Advise management on organizational development and structural changes * Lead Talent Management & Succession Planning, including global overview, manager advice, workshops, follow-up, and building a performance culture * Drive policy and procedure implementation for various HR topics in the BU * Consult on new HR trends (e.g., digitalization, new work) and optimize HR tools and processes. * University degree in economics, business administration, or HR * 7 years in diverse HR roles
