The Marketing Activation Lead leads the local implementation of centrally developed marketing initiatives with a strong focus on enabling commercial success. The role also drives the collection and communication of local consumer and customer insights, as well as monitoring, to inform both sales and marketing decisions. o Plan, organize, and manage participation in local trade shows, exhibitions, customer events, and other on-ground activations. o Collaborate on the development of customer presentations, sales kits, and product training sessions. o Gather and share local consumer insights, customer feedback, and market trends with relevant central and local . o Serve as the liaison between the central marketing team and local departments (sales, customer service, etc.) to ensure cohesive execution and information flow.
