You plan, create, and optimize email and WhatsApp campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle (e.g., newsletters, automations, and lifecycle flows). * You analyze campaign performance using key KPIs (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV) and derive data-driven insights and optimization opportunities for future campaigns. * You have experience analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns based on key performance metrics (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV).
