You will work closely with business to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions—leveraging the ServiceNow platform to its fullest potential, while minimizing unnecessary customization. Lead Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into functional, scalable ServiceNow solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box capabilities wherever possible.
