Mentor L2 support engineers to strengthen team capability - In this role as Technical Support Expert (f/m/d) - Energy Storage Systems (ESS), you will serve as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges across our ESS portfolio. * Lead root cause analysis for escalated issues involving high power electronics, control logic, and embedded software‑cause analysis for escalated issues involving high‑power electronics, control logic, and embedded software * Serve as main technical bridge between European support teams and global R&D for ESS topics * Ensure all support activities meet established SLAs * Analyse support data to uncover recurring faults, trends, and improvement opportunities * Experience in L2/L3 technical support, field service, or engineering roles within ESS, PCS/inverter, or large-scale UPS environments
