You continuously develop and refine our CRM strategy with a strong focus on retention, activation, and customer loyalty. * You design and manage A/B tests to continuously improve our CRM initiatives. * You have several years of experience in CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing, ideally within an e-commerce or DTC environment. * You have experience analyzing and optimizing CRM campaigns based on key performance metrics (e.g., open rate, CTR, conversion rate, CLV). * Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools, as well as A/B testing and segmentation, is a plus.
