As Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Administrator, you will drive the evolution of our HR systems by ensuring reliable functionality, trusted data, and strong user adoption. You will connect system management, smart reporting, and process automation with business needs and compliance standards, powering efficient, secure, and insight driven HR operations. * Own and manage two HR systems (HERO Super User Role, SAP SuccessFactors) to ensure system stability, functionality and continuous optimisation. * Design and maintain the HR data model and reporting landscape, including dashboards and ad hoc reports, to ensure high-quality HR data and informed decision-making. * Lead and support user through training, documentation, and the development of key user communities, fostering system adoption and independent reporting within HR.
