As a Senior Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators (GSIs) and leading technology partners such as AWS, Salesforce, and ServiceNow in the DACH region. * Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business plans for partners, including setting targets, prioritizing industries/use cases, and planning marketing activities. * Awareness & Enablement: Train partner teams (sales/pre-sales/delivery) and create joint solution approaches. * several years of experience in partner sales or alliances with GSIs or technology partners (e.g., AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow). * Opportunities for personal development through mentoring, training programs, and education support. Travel availability of 30-50% is required (partner visits, customer meetings, events).
