In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for our products, solutions, and services, both with existing and newly developed customers. * Driving new business development by identifying, pursuing, and acquiring customers in non-automotive sectors (OE & OES) with strong growth potential, in close collaboration with Business Development and Engineering teams. * Developing and executing strategic sales and action plans aligned with business goals and market dynamics, while owning all commercial KPIs and leading negotiations for assigned OEM & OES customers. * Applying deep technical sales expertise in battery technologies and systems to consult customers and deliver tailored solutions across Off-Highway, Industrial, Powersports, and Leisure market
