Our ultimate goal is to contribute to creating the best value proposition for our dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across our sales organization. * Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets * Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis * Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: Targets, dealers, tools and clear accountability for results * Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing) * Working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment
