In this role as Technical Support Expert (f/m/d) - Energy Storage Systems (ESS), you will serve as the final escalation point for complex technical challenges across our ESS portfolio. * Troubleshoot system level problems across PCS, BMS, and control units‑level problems across PCS, BMS, and control units * Diagnose integration issues with cloud platforms, EMS controllers, and third-party systems via LAN or Modbus‑party systems via LAN or Modbus * Serve as main technical bridge between European support teams and global R&D for ESS topics * Ensure all support activities meet established SLAs * Analyse support data to uncover recurring faults, trends, and improvement opportunities * Mentor L2 support engineers to strengthen team capability * Experience in L2/L3 technical support, field service, or engineering roles within ESS, PCS/inverter, or large-scale UPS environments
