The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for end users at the Germany location. This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. * Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users. * Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals. * Assist in company infrastructure projects and provide vacation coverage for the IT System Engineer. * Manage and support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) including MDM solutions. * Provide support for telephony systems (VoIP phones, softphones) and troubleshoot connectivity issues. * Support industrial devices (barcode scanners, handheld terminals, rugged devices) used in production and logistics.
