Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support (onsite and remote) for end users. The IT Support Specialist provides 1st and 2nd level technical support for at the Germany location. This role ensures smooth operation of IT systems, resolves incidents and service requests, and supports infrastructure projects. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT HelpDesk or Technical Support * Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, business applications, and peripherals. * Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and documentation of IT hardware and software. * Maintain accurate IT inventory and documentation. * Escalate complex issues to internal IT teams and Enterprise IT of the parent company. * Manage and support mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) including MDM solutions. * Provide support for telephony systems (VoIP phones, softphones) and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
