                          In this role, you will take a hands-on responsibility for day-to-day office operations and facilities management, ensuring that our physical work environment, equipment, and services run reliably and efficiently. * Responsibility for office infrastructure such as workplace setup, furniture, technical equipment, access systems and post management * Procurement and inventory management (incl. tracking of office supplies, equipment and assets as well as daily necessities) * Completed vocational training or comparable qualification in office administration, business management, or a related field (e.g. hospitality or tourism) * At least 3 years of professional experience in office operations, facilities management, or a comparable hands-on role * Very good communication and interpersonal skills with strong intercultural competence
