Shape strategic direction: Lead assessments on evolving business models (e.g. aggregators, platform players, OEM strategies) and identify strategic options for E.ON's positioning in the Flex market. * Communicate with influence: Prepare strategic updates, Board papers, and executive briefs that frame direction, choices, and trade-offs in a clear and compelling way. * Analytical and commercial acumen: You're fluent in business model thinking, value chain analysis, and regulatory opportunity framing. * Experience: 5+ years in strategy, business development, partnerships, or corporate innovation - ideally in energy, mobility, or digital platforms. * Education: University degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field.
