The People & Digital Managing Director acts as a strategic to EMEA leadership, supporting business transformation and managerial excellence. * Define the People Strategy, support teams by creating alignment with our business objectives. * Equip the EMEA company organisation to succeed in the future, help anticipate future skills and workforce transition, drive organisational development, change management, and capability building as digitalisation and automation progress. * Support and coach the company managers to build future‑ready leadership practices and ensure business continuity.
