Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; additional certification in Project Management (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, Agile) is a plus * Plan and control projects, including objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, budget, milestones, and risk management. * Provide clear reporting on project status, KPIs, risks, and decisions to management and governance bodies. * Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to post-launch improvements. * Ensure projects meet performance, quality, cost, and time-to-market targets, securing robust industrialization and market introduction. * Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and obsolescence management for products in series life. * Apply and improve project management standards, tools, and processes, ensuring complete and compliant documentation.
