You coordinate system maintenance, user management, and data quality, and ensure stable interfaces with SAP ECC and other connected systems * You act as a link between business users, the project team, and external partners to ensure seamless system integration and process consistency * You document system changes, create user guides, and prepare or conduct training sessions for key users and end users * After the introduction of new CRM components, such as DynaCampaign and Inxmail, you take over their operational responsibility and drive ongoing optimization, user adoption, and process automation * You have 1-3 years of professional experience in application management, CRM administration, or process support, ideally in a non-profit or service-oriented environment * You bring experience with CRM or campaign management systems such as Dynacampaign, MFPlus, Salesforce, or SAP
