As HR Manager (f/m/d) on a temporary 12‑month assignment, you will play a key role in ensuring stable, reliable and high‑quality day‑to‑day HR support. * Provide hands‑on, day‑to‑day HR support to and across all employee‑relations topics, including performance management, absence management, conflict cases, disciplinary matters, policy interpretation and labour‑law‑related questions * Coordinate and support the execution of performance management, talent and development processes in line with global and regional frameworks * Ensure smooth and compliant lifecycle management, from hiring to exits
