Nurture and develop lead relationships during technical discovery phase, with a focus to support progression through the sales funnel - As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be a trusted partner to our customers at every stage of their journey with 8tree – from Pre-Sales, through Go-Live, Post-Sales, and Renewal stages. * Cultivate strong relationships with technical and commercial counterparts at customer site * Conduct product demonstrations (online or in-person) and facilitate effective technical discovery session * Experience in customer success, account management, or related client-facing role (must be in a technical domain, e.g. B2B SaaS) * Technical Degree (e.g. bachelor's in aerospace, mechanical, or industrial engineering), or training in technical field. * Fluent German and English language skills; Skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for a diverse audience
