Drive the full direct sales cycle: identify and qualify leads, prepare proposals, conduct technical product demos (e.g., bioreactors, controllers, sensors), negotiate, and close deals. * Provide ongoing partner support through technical and commercial training, co-selling, joint customer visits, and assistance with quotations and tenders. * Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events, including technical presentations, posters, live demos, and systematic lead follow-up. * Manage complex quotations, proposals, and tenders, including technical specifications, compliance topics, and contract negotiations in alignment with Legal and Finance. * Develop and grow key accounts through strategic account plans, cross-/upselling initiatives, and close collaboration with Service/After-Sales, while feeding market and customer insights into Product Management and Marketing.
