Manage support requests via the ticketing system, including analysis, troubleshooting and independent resolution of incidents * Contribute to demand management: capture requirements, configure the system, coordinate testing and support Go-Live activities * Drive ongoing optimization of the SuccessFactors landscape and support the planning and implementation of system updates * Solid knowledge of rollouts, workflow design, system configuration and support processes * Experience working with ticketing systems and handling HR-IT support requests * Own the support, enhancement and continuous improvement of Employee Central and selected SuccessFactors modules across Europe * Support European locations with organizational changes, workflows, approval processes and interface-related topics
