Incident Management: Oversee and coordinate security incidents, liaising with emergency services and authorities as needed, and manage, maintain, and develop the security incident management system. Around the world, METRO has approx. 15 million customers who benefit from the wholesale company's unique multichannel mix: customers can purchase their goods in one of the large stores in their area as well as by delivery (Food Service Distribution, FSD) – all digitally supported and connected. The Corporate Security, Safety and Forensics team has a vital role in protecting people and assets at METRO. The team is responsible for dealing with security risks as well as possible violations of laws and regulations, both nationally and internationally. It carries out security assessments, security audits, and fraud investigations.
