Receive, review, and process customer orders in the ERP system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GxP) * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. * Completed university degree (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Life Sciences) or comparable commercial/technical training with relevant professional experience * At least 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, or internal sales, ideally in a regulated environment (medical devices, pharma, diagnostics) * Solid knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 13485, GxP) and experience with quality-related processes
