As a Manager of the SoftProject Academy you are responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial management of the Academy organization. The role includes the leadership of the Academy Training Team, the development and maintenance of high-quality training and education content, and the establishment of a scalable, modern learning portfolio for SoftProject products * Leadership & Team Development: Lead and develop the Academy team (, , operations), fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Content Strategy & Quality Assurance: Oversee the development, maintenance, and quality of all training content aligned with product roadmaps and release cycles. * Training Delivery Excellence: Ensure consistent, high-quality delivery of all Academy programs with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
